At Hiving, our utmost respect for the privacy of site visitors is evident in the steps we have taken to ensure that your privacy is secure whenever you partake in any type of activity on our site. Your password is key to protecting your personal information. Consequently, it is important to never share your password with anyone else. Additionally, you should always remember to log-off from our member area and close the browser window when finished with your session, especially if you are sharing a home computer or using a public computer at a library or Internet café, for instance.

Despite the advanced security initiatives we have undertaken to protect your personal information on the Hiving website, it is impossible to make a 100% guarantee against an Internet security breach, and as such, Hiving cannot be held responsible in these situations. Yet, in the event of such an unlikely breach, we will do our best to ensure system-wide security on the Hiving site.

Updating, Correcting, and Deleting your Information

Access to your Hiving Member Account is always available through the use of your email and password. Can’t remember your password? Please click here.

Your Hiving Member Account can always be deleted through our unsubscribe page. Additionally, panelists that fail to meet Hiving’s registration requirements or fail to complete a minimum amount of surveys will be unsubscribed automatically.

Prior to the cancellation of any membership data, a minimum of 2 notifications will be sent in order to explain how the panel membership can still be maintained. Furthermore, Hiving is within its rights to close or restrict the availability of any member account if it is determined that our Terms and Conditions have been violated.
